.....started in 2003 when one Robert Michael grew tired of the excuses of too many older adults and felt called to teach disenfranchised communities in NYC and around the world who were facing a lack of access to a education, economic opportunities which has as of recent been recognized as a human right by the United Nations. Apex founder got to work in establishing an NGO to address Systemic Educational Injustice, lack of access to resources, man made hunger and poverty. The rest is history.
